Consignment Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Rich Cart Supply (“Rich Cart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a consignment program for authentic sneakers, streetwear, apparel, accessories, and other approved products.

Our goal is to provide consignors with a simple and transparent way to sell authentic items while providing buyers with carefully inspected and authenticated products.

1. CONSIGNMENT SPLIT

Rich Cart Supply operates on an 85/15 consignment split.

For an approved consignment sale:

  • 85% of the final sale price goes to the consignor.

  • 15% of the final sale price is retained by Rich Cart Supply as its consignment commission.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the 85/15 split applies to the item's final selling price and does not include separately charged sales tax or shipping fees.

2. ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIGNMENT

Rich Cart may accept:

  • Sneakers

  • Streetwear

  • Apparel

  • Jackets and outerwear

  • Designer or premium clothing

  • Accessories

  • Collectible footwear and fashion items

  • Other products approved by Rich Cart

Rich Cart reserves the right to decline any item for any reason, including condition, authenticity concerns, market demand, inventory levels, brand restrictions, or inability to properly verify the item.

3. AUTHENTICATION REQUIREMENT

Authenticity is mandatory.

Every item submitted for consignment is subject to Rich Cart Supply's authentication process before it can be approved for sale.

Items may be examined for:

  • Construction and materials

  • Stitching and manufacturing details

  • Labels and tags

  • Packaging

  • Serial numbers or identifying details

  • SKU/UPC information

  • Hardware and accessories

  • Brand-specific characteristics

  • Condition

  • Signs of alteration, modification, or counterfeit production

Rich Cart may request additional information, receipts, proof of purchase, photographs, or other documentation when necessary.

Items suspected of being counterfeit, altered, materially misrepresented, or otherwise unable to pass our authentication process will not be listed for sale.

4. CONDITION / QUALITY CONTROL

All accepted items are subject to quality-control inspection before being listed and again before shipment when appropriate.

Condition may include:

  • New / Deadstock

  • New with Box

  • New without Box

  • Used

  • Excellent Condition

  • Good Condition

  • Fair Condition

Condition descriptions will be determined by Rich Cart based on our inspection.

Consignors are responsible for accurately disclosing known flaws, defects, alterations, repairs, missing accessories, or other material issues.

5. LISTING PRICE

Rich Cart may recommend or establish a listing price based on:

  • Current market value

  • Recent comparable sales

  • Condition

  • Rarity

  • Demand

  • Brand

  • Size

  • Seasonality

  • Market conditions

The final listing price may be discussed with the consignor before an item is listed.

6. CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rich Cart may retain an approved item for sale for a reasonable period based on market conditions.

If an item does not sell, Rich Cart may:

  • Continue listing the item

  • Recommend a price adjustment

  • Offer the item through promotional pricing

  • Return the item to the consignor

  • Determine another mutually agreed course of action

7. SALE AND CONSIGNOR PAYMENT

Once a consigned item is successfully sold and the transaction is completed, the consignor becomes eligible for their 85% share of the final sale price.

Rich Cart may delay payment when necessary because of:

  • Payment processing delays

  • Fraud investigations

  • Chargebacks

  • Buyer disputes

  • Authentication concerns

  • Shipping issues

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Consignor payments will be made using the payment method agreed upon between Rich Cart and the consignor.

8. UNSOLD ITEMS

An item that does not sell does not create an obligation for Rich Cart to purchase the item from the consignor.

Consignors may request the return of unsold merchandise subject to Rich Cart's applicable return-to-consignor procedures.

Items suspected of being counterfeit, altered, materially misrepresented, or otherwise unable to pass our authentication process will not be listed for sale.

9. CONSIGNOR REPRESENTATIONS

By submitting an item, the consignor represents that:

  • They have the legal right to sell or consign the item.

  • The item is not stolen.

  • The item is not counterfeit.

  • The item has not been materially altered without disclosure.

  • Any information provided about the item is truthful and accurate.

  • They have disclosed known defects or material issues.

10. COUNTERFEIT OR MISREPRESENTED ITEMS

If Rich Cart determines that an item is counterfeit or materially misrepresented, the item will not be sold.

Rich Cart may suspend or terminate a consignor's account or consignment relationship if counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, or materially misrepresented merchandise is submitted.

11. RICH CART'S RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
