1. AUTHENTIC MERCHANDISE ONLY
Rich Cart Supply does not knowingly buy, sell, or list counterfeit merchandise.
All merchandise is subject to an authentication and quality-control process.
Authentication may include inspection of the item, packaging, labels, SKU information, construction, materials, accessories, receipts or proof of purchase, and other identifying characteristics.
 
2. ITEMS WE PURCHASE
Rich Cart may purchase merchandise directly from individuals, businesses, retailers, collectors, and other legitimate sources.
Purchase offers may depend on:

• Authenticity

• Condition

• Current market value

• Demand

• Size

• Rarity

• Availability

• Brand

• Resale potential

Rich Cart is not obligated to purchase an item simply because it is authentic.

3. DIRECT PURCHASES
When Rich Cart purchases an item directly, the agreed purchase price represents the amount Rich Cart will pay the seller for that item.
Ownership transfers to Rich Cart once the transaction has been completed according to the agreed terms.
 
4. CONSIGNMENT
Items may alternatively be accepted through Rich Cart's consignment program.
Consignment transactions are governed by the Rich Cart Supply Consignment Policy and generally operate on an 85/15 split, with 85% going to the consignor and 15% retained by Rich Cart.
 
5. SOURCED MERCHANDISE
Rich Cart may source authentic merchandise through legitimate retail, wholesale, secondary-market, consignment, or other lawful channels.
When appropriate, Rich Cart may retain purchase records, receipts, order confirmations, invoices, or other documentation supporting the source of merchandise.
 
6. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Rich Cart makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe every product.
Descriptions may include:

• Brand

• Model

• Colorway

• Size

• Condition

• Included accessories

• Packaging

• Known defects

• Other relevant product information

Customers should review product information carefully before purchasing.
 
7. QUALITY CONTROL
Items undergo quality-control inspection before shipment.
Rich Cart may inspect:

• Overall condition

• Soles

• Uppers

• Stitching

• Tags

• Packaging

• Accessories

• Hardware

• Signs of wear

• Signs of damage

• Signs of alteration

8. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All Rich Cart Supply sales are final.
Because Rich Cart specializes in limited, collectible, resale, and consignment merchandise, products may be unique or difficult to replace.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, condition information, photographs, and other available details before completing a purchase.
Exceptions may be considered when Rich Cart determines that an order was materially incorrect, defective due to Rich Cart's handling, or otherwise requires correction.

9. FRAUD PREVENTION
Rich Cart may cancel or refuse transactions involving:

• Suspected payment fraud

• Stolen payment methods

• Suspicious purchasing activity

• False information

• Chargeback abuse

• Attempts to circumvent purchasing limits

• Other activity that creates unreasonable risk

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE A TRANSACTION
Rich Cart Supply reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary to protect the company, customers, consignors, or the integrity of our business.
